RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind? We understand, no worries!
We currently don’t accept any exchanges, only refunds within 14 days after receiving order. To proceed:
- Fill out and sent the REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE FORM available on our website.
- Send us an email at email@example.com letting us know the reason. We will get back to you within 24 business hours.
Let us know the reason why and order number.
Refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed once received by our fulfillment department. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email and money should show up in your bank account within 30 days depending on your bank institution.
You may return your product if:
- Item didn’t fit or didn’t like it.
- Product arrived with a defect or not in perfect condition.
- Received an incorrect product; not what I ordered.
All products must be unworn, with all original St.DOM and designer tags and packaging, and in perfect conditions. Swimwear items must be returned with the hygienic liner intact. Shoes must be unworn, with dust bags and box in perfect conditions.
All international returns and exchanges may incur in re-entry customs fees by the Colombian government which must be assumed by the client.
Once items are received in our warehouse, St.DOM will process and may accept or deny the request if items don’t meet the requirements stated above. If the items don’t meet the requirements, we will inform you via email and send them back.
Non returnable items: monogrammed items, custom made items, personalized items, candles, aerosols, gift cards, fragrance and beauty items.
SALE products of 40% or more are FINAL SALE. No returns nor exchanges are allowed.
